POLICIES
This is a
secure website. The
lock icon on the bottom of the Order Page
is your assurance of the protection of your private information.
NOTE
These policies apply to orders shipped within the U.S.,
except for Clearance Items. See

arrange for shipment to foreign countries.
ON
APPROVAL
Order as many paintings as you wish, and try them out right in your own home or office.
Depending on your choice of paintings, special package pricing will be
arranged. With your credit card information, we can send your
paintings for your approval. Hang them up and live with them for thirty
days. Then let us know if you want to use your credit card, or if
you prefer to pay by check or use our easy payment plan. If none of
the paintings are exactly what you are looking for, we will try to help
you find something else, but you have no further obligation. You
still have 30 days on our return policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and hold all
information collected through our website in strictest confidence.
A Laurel Art Gallery will not disclose your name, address or other
personal data to any third party, unless we receive your consent to do so.

We do our best to keep all our information accurate and up to date.
But occasionally an error occurs. We apologize for any
inconvenience, and will do our best to correct anything you call to our
attention. Notify us of any errors you find by sending us a message
vavina@comcast.net and we will
send you a small painting as a Thank You.
AUTHENTICITY
Every painting is signed by the artist, front and back. Upon
request, we will also issue a Certificate of Authenticity. This will
help you for insurance purposes.
SPECIAL
ORDERS
We want to help you find the perfect paintings. If you are
interested in a painting that has already been sold, contact us. We
can suggest other works that are similar in style and color. Or we
may be able to customize a painting for you, making changes that
correspond to your color scheme. Send us a sample of your key color,
and Vavrina will personally add this color to your painting.
Depending upon the complexity of the changes, there may be an additional
charge, but Vavrina will often do something like this for free. If
you wish, Vavrina will personally inscribe the back of your painting.
MAKE AN
OFFER
If you find a painting that appeals to you, but it is a little bit
beyond your budget, make us an offer. You will find the form on the
Ordering page. We will be glad to
consider it, and let you know promptly by e-mail if we can accept your
offer. If you are buying more than one painting, we can give you
collector pricing.
RESERVE
A PAINTING
If you would like to reserve a painting for future purchase, send an
e-mail to vavrina@comcast.net.
Tell us what painting you would like to reserve, and when you would like
to make your purchase. We will hold it for you.
FRAMES
Our paintings are priced without frames. Occasionally we have a
frame that we think is especially suited for a particular painting,
and we can quote you a price. But usually, we recommend that you
work with your own local framer to select the frame that corresponds with
your taste and décor. Paintings over 30 inches in any dimension are
shipped unstretched and rolled up. Paintings 30 inches or less are
stretched and shipped in a box. Click

PAYMENT METHODS
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods.

If you have security concerns, just place your order by calling us at
239-470-6448. The phone will be answered personally by Charles
Laurel Vavrina or his wife Mary Laurel.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
With an ALAURELART gift certificate, you
can be sure your recipient gets exactly the right painting because it will
be his or her own choice. No guesswork. You purchase the Gift
Certificate in the same way as you purchase a painting. Specify the
amount, and give us the name of the recipient. We will e-mail
our printable numbered certificate in the amount and name you specify.
It will be valid for one
year, unless you request an extension. Certificates cannot be
redeemed for cash.
FREE
SHIPPING
We will ship your painting to anywhere within the continental United
States free of charge. To ship outside of the U.S., we will find out
the charges, let you know how much it will be, and get your approval
before we ship. All shipments are well packed to protect your
paintings.
FINANCING
We will provide financing for any purchase
over $1000. Make a 25% down payment by check or credit card.
Then just make three equal monthly payments. No interest.
INSURANCE
We fully insure your purchase all the way to you. For additional
security, we require an adult signature for delivery. For your
protection, be certain you insure any return shipment.
SALES
TAX
Currently, we must charge sales tax of 6% only on paintings delivered
to Florida addresses.
 EASY
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your painting, We have a very flexible
return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Send it back packaged
and insured the same way you received it for an exchange for another
painting or a credit or a refund.
